Hold your Blade at 90 Degrees

It's so important to always hold your blade upright- at 90 degrees when making your stokes

Doesn't matter what blade, pen, brand you are using. Your blade needs to stay upright at 90 degrees to your clients skin. 📐⁠⁠

⁠⁠If the blade leans to one side or the other- your stroke will not be crisp, the stroke/channel you are making will become too wide and you will be depositing pigment improperly into your client skin ❌⁠⁠

⁠⁠So wether its a U blade, a Curved blade, at an angled, a straight pen, a pre assembled pen or not....⁠⁠

Make sure the blade is always upright for the duration of each and every stroke.⁠⁠
